How to Return?
1. Pack the parcel safely: Make sure you safely pack the parcel.
2. Ship to: Customers need to send the courier to our following address:

3.Your Information: Write your name on the order by which you place your order, your phone number and further details of order like order number.
4. Optional Information: Reason of your return and any feedback so that we can improve our service.
5. Noted: Take a photo of parcel when you packed so at least you have the evidence.
When we receive your parcel, our representative will call you, and then we will exchange/ refund you in 8 to 10 working days days.

How to Return or Exchange the Products
Returns, Exchange & Cash Back Policy
Our policies are to entertain our customer in the shortest but most effective manner.
Exchange:
1. Sbfit.pk have 7 days exchange policy, meaning if you are not satisfied with the product or it does not comfort you, it can be exchanged with the same product or any other product.
2. Courier charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.
3. Exchange will only be accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packing.
4. If there is any fault in the product then we will change that but for this process customer will have to send that product at our address and then we will send the product again.
Return: We have 7 days return policy meaning if you do not like the product or it does not fit, you can return. Return will only be accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packing. Courier charges for return will be borne by the customer.
Refund/Cash back: If you do not like the product and want your money back then return the product unused in its original packing to the company within 7 days of you receiving it. Your payment will only be processed if the product is not damaged or used. It may take few 10 to 15 days to process your refund. Courier charges for refund/cashback will be borne by the customer.
